  • Is the centre suitable for strollers or wheelchairs?

    The two parts of the center are adapted by any type of chair. In addition, we have activities that are also available for disabled people; Tobotronc and archery mainly. Check the Accessibility guidelines. 

  • How long does it take to visit and do all the activities in the center?

    It is recommended to spend an entire day visiting and doing the activities offered by the center. Remember that depending on the season and the ticket you purchase, there are two areas to see, the  cota1600 and the cota 2000 with different activities at each of them, and depending on the ticket purchased you will have to go to a or both levels. We recommend that you consult the section in our web site, on “how to get there” and the section on “activities included in your ticket” before your arrival.

    In the event that you want to add some of the complementary activities, such as horseback riding, bicycle rental or hiking trails, you must count on two days of visitation.


  • How can I purchase my ticket?

    Tickets can be purchased online. You will receive the entries by email with the data recorded at the time of purchase. With this entry you can directly access the activities.  


  • What can I do if I have any incident in the bike center?

    It is very important to sign up for the free phone number of the bike patrol, 353 532, and for any incident or accident you should contact him.

  • What activities can be done as a family and with young children?

    Adults can accompany children on the Conangle circuit, the pump truck or the kids zone. In the case of being a family where children are already more experienced in the world of MTB, they could access all the facilities of the bike center.

  • For the bike center, do you need a rental deposit?

    Yes, a rental contract must be signed with all the details of possible incidents, breakdowns or misuse, with the corresponding penalty amount. This contract will contemplate the data of the credit card and the holder.

  • The bike center is open all year round?

    The bike center is open in the summer and autumn months; therefore July, August, September and October.

  • Where can I rent the equipment for practice MTB?

    In the level 2000 store you will find bicycles and helmets for rent, you will also find guided routes for all.

  • What do I need to access the bike center?

    To access the bike center, you need your bike pass and the appropriate material to carry out the activity, the helmet is mandatory.

  • Where can I buy the bike pass?

    You can buy your bike pass online. You can also buy it at the ticket offices located at level 1600 and at the store located at level 2000.

  • Do you have any discounts for people with functional diversity?

    If you have a functional diversity of at least 33%, we will give you a 25% discount on the ticket you want to purchase, upon presentation of the certificate that validates it. This discount does not apply to the single toboggan ticket.   • Can I buy only Tobotronc?

    The Tobotronc activity cannot be purchased in a single ticket format.

    The Tobotronc activity is sold included in different tickets:

    -Adventure Ticket: consult according to season
    -Adventure + Ticket : Available in high seasons
    -Tobotronc + menu: Available according to season
    -Tobotronc At sunset: Available only in summer, according to calendar.

    We recommend you make your reservation in advance.

    At the time of purchasing any ticket that includes the Tobotronc, you are required to choose a time to access this activity. This schedule must be respected. The schedule is always estimated, since on busy days there may be a queue for this activity.

  • Do you have limited capacity?

    The capacity is very wide, all the activities are outdoors, but you could find especially during the month of August that we close sales, as the availability of activities such as tobotronc are used to fill during this summer month and on dates of strong influx such as holidays.

  • What happens if I can't come on the day of my reservation?

  • How do I go from cota 1600 area to cota 2000 area?

    Travel between the two sectors must be done by road and in your own vehicle. There is a distance of 8km between one sector and the other. You will find free parking in both sectors. If you find the car park at level 1600 full, you can park on one side of the road.

  • Can you bring food to the activity center?

    The centre is accessible with food. There is some picnic areas. Picnic is not allowed in the center’s catering areas. Litter is not allowed on the ground. For safety it is not allowed to feed animals.

  • Do you have to pay entrance fees to access Naturland?

    You can access to Naturland without buying a ticket. You must buy a ticket to do the activities. It is allowed to enter and leave the center during the opening hours of the park as many times as you want.

  • Is there public transport to access Naturland?

    To arrive by public transport you must consult the schedules of the bus lines that cover the route. Public transport only reaches Naturland peak 1600 on the weekend. If you want to come on weekdays or access to Cota 2000 you must use another method of transport. Check the routes and schedules of the Clipol Communal Bus from Sant Julià de Lòria to Naturland. If you travel from other points in Andorra, you should consult Bus Andorra to get to Sant Julià de Lòria.

  • Is there parking?
    • Parking Cota 1600: free.

    • Parking Cota 2000: free.

    The car park is an open space. Once full, you can park neatly on the road if vehicles are not obstructed.

  • What can the child who is not yet 3 years old do to do the activities?

    Children under the age of 3 are not allowed in the activities. They can enjoy free of charge the farm located at elevation 2000 or the playground in the elevation sector 1600.

  • Can I bring my pet to the center?

    Pets can enter the Naturland activity center grounds, as long as they are properly leashed. The animals must always be supervised by their person in charge and we will appreciate if those in charge properly collect the animal’s excrement.
