Purchase terms and conditions

GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable, with a special coding system to avoid falsification. Purchasing a ticket from an unofficial point of sale could result in entry to the venue being denied, exempting the third party or point of sale from liability.
  • The ticketholder accepts that he may be asked to show a passport or ID to prove his/her identity when exchanging it for the contracted service, or to verify compliance with the terms of use for the activities.
  • If the ticket is torn, amended, shows signs of falsification or has expired, the park staff are authorised to deny the holder the use of or access to the activities.
  • It is absolutely prohibited to enter with glass bottles, weapons or any other kind of sharp objects that could endanger our visitors, or under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.
  • The client accepts that he may be searched on entering the park, in accordance with the law, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the safety and security conditions. For this reason, if the client refuses to be searched, entry to the centre may be denied.
  • The centre reserves the right to change or alter the programme of activities, and to modify the opening and closing times. The user will be informed of any change in this regard when visiting our installations. No refunds will be given but a ticket for another date will be provided.
  • Possession of a ticket does not give its owner or third parties the right to use it or its content for the purposes of advertising, marketing or promotions (including competitions, gifts or draws) or any activity for the economic benefit of the service user.
  • The centre reserves the right to deny entry if the above-mentioned terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
  • WEATHER GUARANTEE: The activities are dependent on weather conditions. If the activity cannot be carried out due to the weather, the park will not give refunds but will provide a ticket for another day, within the period established by the centre and valid for one year, for any services that have NOT been used. To use the ticket on the new date, you must contact the booking department using the email through which the guarantee will be managed: booking@naturland.ad
