Picnic: Table of cold meats and local cheeses to share, bread with tomato, glass of wine and water.
Low/medium level of difficulty depending on the ability of each participant led by adults and young people from 14 years of age (14 to 17 years with an accompanying adult). Some experience is required to go on dirt and mountain roads.
Suitable sports clothes and shoes are required for cycling.
